ABSTRACT

I am going totalk about same of the ways to curb crime. As an advisor whereI takethe work of addressing several issues say in a country or even acertain state and again as a private investigator where I only workfor a certain firm.

SCENARIO 1:

Advisors take thework of addressing several issues say in a country or even a certainstate. And so in our situation I am taking myself personally as theUnited States advisor.

We have thecountry which the United States has sent its military to go andsalvage and now they are successful. As an advisor I should look atboth sides. First question was the provisional government regimegood before it abdicated or was it worse and so as they have tofollow the introduced regime. If there is any mistake, quickly theUnited States should take action to withdraw the regime introduced. If any other nation abducts its regime there are several issues thatwill be experienced. They are experienced during justice searchingfor both nations involved in this case the United States and anotherarbitrarily state or country. We might have several policy issues theimpact the process which include

  1. The individual who is involved in any situationis directly responsible for his own behavior or conduct. He is an active pawn of forces from outside, but has the capacity to give choices between what is right and that which is wrong. This implies that choices which he makes are with an awareness of their consequences that come with them and in our study the United States can be in a great problem due to the policy.

  2. A common device for requesting human relations in a big and large society is thatof keeping distinctions among major sectors of persons basing on differences in sex ,age and so on, with differencesin their religion, the national background, social position andraceof particular advantage. While persons in each of the general categories should be given the rights and advantages appropriate thereto, social order inmany situations is greatly facilitated bymaintaining both spatialand conceptual separation among the groups.

  3. Bond to the legitimate instructions of legally produced authority is a primary and cheapest means for reaching to the goals of security, correct individual behavior, morality and other valued life conditions.

  4. The most fundamental is the security ofthe major arenas and the areas of concern which is the justice policy of one`s customary event, mostly in those locations wherethe behavior of family life occurs mostly. Animportant personal and family right is safety. Fromattack, violence, and including crime, that right of the people of a country to take necessary measures to make themselves secure and safe by their own, and the freedom to have arms for their security, mostly in cases where official bodies or agencies may appear not being effective in doing so.

  5. Most central thing required of a healthy and well working and fully functioning society is a strong moral order which is denotative, well-defined, and adhered to in a wide range. Rather the tenets of this so called system of morality should be produced from andgrounded in thesimple precepts of a big religious tradition. Fears to this moralorder are threats to the very standing of thesociety.

Also, the impactof the abduction of a certain regime has got some financialconsequences which are experienced by both the provisional countryand the other which in this case it is the United States. Thefinancial penalties that are given either directly or indirectlywhich are as a result of a criminal conviction are only but among thesmall considered of the collateral endings.

Spearheaded by amixture of philosophical purposes which include reparation, punishment, recovery, cost, cost shifting and revenue production, thestates, federal government and the local governments haveestablished a vast arrangement of fines, fees, penalties, surcharges, assessments, and restitutions that are levied against peopleconvicted of criminal offenses.

The use offinancial penalties is full with differences meanwhile, it allowsthe government to defray some of the cost of putting up with thecriminal justice system by charging some fees on people who have beenconvicted of anycriminal offense. The placing of this financialheaviness threatens the successful reuniting of people returning totheir communities from prison as self-supporting taking an example ofthe high ranked men who are in jail and the country’s patriots. Atthe moment, the so called financial penalties are made and charged ina legislative vacuum. Each new fee is seen as anindividual cost. Thetotal impact of putting together on each new financial fee is nottaken into consideration and the stumbling blocks to reunite are notknown.

The politicalramifications can be inside or outside the country such that if wetake the case of now the United States where say they have been foundwith the mistake of abduction of some regime with no reason they mayhave some bad character over other nations or even not to understandthemselves due to the confusions brought up by the situations. In theprovision country it would have brought impeachments which were notnecessary to it.

The populationwill react in a demonstrative way especially when the say themilitary state is in the wrong stand on its work.

Approaches tothese situations are

  1. The provisional government to continue with their regime after serious discussions made to carefully prove that they had the best which they used.

  2. The provisional government to use the United States regime that was brought up in that they will have discuss and reach to an agreement that the regime brought about is far much better than theirs at hand. This will greatly help reduce dispute that might be experienced.

SCENARIO 2:

A privatecontractor isa&nbspperson,&nbspcorporation,or&nbspbusiness&nbspthatproduces&nbspgoodsandservices&nbsptoanother entity or body under instruction given in an agreement. Inthis case we are not talking about the goods and the servicer butabout the killings as stated in the statement we see the foreignnationals were killed so private investigations has to be done onthis situation. We will have the strategies used by the criminalagencies

  1. Competition and in this case with the criminals is the greatest incentive for achievement. It inspires the affected people in the society and requires persons to set their sights up. As competition aspires success a sense of individual responsibility spearheads individual patriots to do more.

  2. The most fundamental is the security of the major arenas and the areas of concern which is the justice policy of one`s customary event, mostly in those locations where the behavior of family life occurs mostly. An important personal and family right is safety. From attack, violence, and including crime, that right of the people of a country to take necessary measures to make themselves secure and safe by their own, and the freedom to have arms for their security, mostly in cases where official bodies or agencies may appear not being effective in doing so.

  3. Bond to the legitimate instructions of legally produced authority is a primary and cheapest means for reaching to the goals of security, correct individual behavior, morality and other valued life conditions.

  4. A common device for requesting human relations in a big and large society is that of keeping distinctions among major sectors of persons basing on differences in sex ,age and so on, with differences in their religion, the national background, social position and race of particular advantage. While persons in each of the general categories should be given the rights and advantages appropriate there to, social order in many situations is greatly facilitated by maintaining both spatial and conceptual separation among the groups.

  5. The individual who is involved in any situation is directly responsible for his own behavior or conduct. He is an active pawn of forces from outside, but has the capacity to give choices between what is right and that which is wrong. This implies that choices which he makes are with an awareness of their consequences that come with them and in our study the United States can be in a great problem due to the policy.

My recommendation to the us government is that great and properinvestigations must be taken such that no convictions has to be doneon somebody. And according to my view a formal prosecution should bedone.
