Thelog of the media outlets above indicates the most essential mediaoutlets I am comfortable with over the last two weeks. From the log,it is clear that social media platforms are my best way of expressingideas and speaking out. According to the log, Facebook is my favoriteas evidenced by its use on a daily basis, with only three days Iabstained posting status or commenting on others. Twitter is also afavorite with Whatsapp rarely used since I don’t have many friendsthere. This creates self-satisfaction, interaction and a sense ofidentity.

Itis worth noting that I love my favorite radio station, where I calland give comments on a favorite radio program “speak out show.”The mid-morning show requests listeners to speak opinion on thesocial events that week, and I am a regular contributor everyTuesday. I feel gratified to speak on the radio and be heard by anunknown large number of people. This creates identity, sharesinformation and provides entertainment.

Bytracking the media outlets, I discovered that social media is one ofthe most used media outlets compared to other outlets. In particular, confirmed the argument by Straubhaar et al (2013) that most othermedia outlets are depending on social media as a complementary mediumto use. For instance, excited that I will speak on the radio, Iposted on Facebook an twitted for my friends to know and tune in tolisten to my call on the radio.
